My hubby makes a great hummus. He has tried many recipes and this one has become his favorite. His only tip is to add the salt slowly or it will become way too salty.
Ingredients:
2 cans Garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup Tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Pinch of paprika
Directions:
1. Place beans, tahini, lemon juice and garlic into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl. Drizzle olive oil over mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
